We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Variety Nation. If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

✔️ You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔️ Products must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Return & Exchange Charges

All returns and exchanges carry a ₹100 handling & pickup charge per item/order.
This fee applies to all accepted returns and exchanges.

What Items Are NOT Returnable?

Items bought in bundles or packs — Only eligible for size exchange (₹100 charge applies)
Sale items — No returns allowed except on clothing
Clothing on sale — Can be exchanged for another size or style in the same category only; customer pays any price difference + ₹100 shipping

Return or Exchange Limit

Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.
Repeat requests for the same order/item will not be accepted.

When Will My Return Be Rejected?

Returns will be declined if:

• The product is used, damaged, worn, or missing original packaging/tags

• Items are returned without proper hygiene or signs of wear and tear

• Returned later than the allowed 7-day window

Refund Timelines

✔️ Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔️ For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
✔️ No refunds are issued on cash-on-delivery (COD) orders — eligible for exchange only.

Order Shows Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, notify us within 24 hours by email or phone.

Self-Shipping for Return (Non-Serviceable PIN Codes)

If your area doesn’t support reverse pickup, you may self-courier the product to:

Your Warehouse Address Here
(You can add your Bhiwandi/Logistics Partner Address if applicable)

Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
Recommended courier: India Post (Speed Post)
Please do not use The Professional Couriers — we do not accept parcels via them.

Once we receive your self-shipped return in proper condition, we’ll also reimburse up to ₹100 as return courier charges.

Important Reminders

• All return items must be unused, in resalable condition, with tags and original packaging.

• Return requests made beyond 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

• Refunds are not issued for items marked final sale or for size issues on non-returnable items.
